Dont have a mega upload account, but you can request from the sender to send it to you through yousendit direct to your email.
www.yousendit.com allows file sizes up to 2 gig (100MB Free), but uploading and downloading take quite a while. It's free, but there are pay sections where you can get faster speeds. I've zipped up to 25 .mp3 files into one big .zip up to 100 meg and had them take less than 30 minutes to load. The website asks you to post the email address of the person you want to send the file to, then they put the file on their servers for up to 7 days or 25 downloads. they send an email to the proposed recipient telling them they have a file waiting for download at the website.
