I'm struggling with this as i can only conclud that it must go round and round endlessly.

That's the point - a sphere doesn't end.

The earth is only round in a polar view. Using an equatorial view the earth is slightly flattened at both poles and bulges at the equator. In taking this shape and beginning the measurement at the exact center of the earth, Everest's peak is closer to the center of the earth than a mountain peak in the equatorial Andes. Therefore, when starting from the center of the earth and not sea level Everest ends up about third in height.

This would mean that the Andean peak is the true end of the Earth.

It does. It's called "orbit".

And just to mess with you:

Round,
Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning
On an ever-spinning reel
Like a snowball down a mountain
Or a carnival balloon
Like a carousel that's turning
Running rings around the moon
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping
Past the minutes on its face
And the world is like an apple
Whirling silently in space
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind

The earth is round, like a circle. A circle has no end. You just go round and round.

Earth is a slightly squished sphere. The end of a sphere is the surface of the sphere. That is if you define end as where the sphere seizes to exist. So the worlds end is everywhere!

if you really need an answer just look at a ball, and you will se it only goes round once from start to finish, which is the same place, and that can be anywhere you want it to be

Isn't the point of calling something round that it doesn't end?
