You can't really tell for sure unfortunately. I would suggest though that you take whatever measures you want to take to preserve the babies at this time. Average gestation is 28 days, hey can have the babies a week early or several weeks late without it being abnormal. You can feed them finely crushed flake food and frozen baby brine shrimp, both are good choices.

You can usually expect around 3 dozen babies, but that can very from 1-2 all the way to over 100 (Very rare though).

no longer proper! the proper ratio with any stay bearing species is 4 -a million however maximum folk use 3 - a million. Any much less and the girls all people is constanly being hassled via the adult males! this could reason stress appropriate ailment like white spot, and could even reason the female to miscarry. If i advance into you i could the two purchase 2 extra women people or in basic terms purchase a million male. i could basically evaluate breeding however in case you realize which you will detect residences for the fry. If the tank is unquestionably planted and there are hiding places and no greater species in the tank, some will stay to tell the tale devoid of you doing something.

Guppies are live-bearers and they usually give birth to fry 28-36 days after fertilization. You can feed them crushed flakes or baby brine shrimp or get fry food from any pet store. She could have 20-100 fry, average is about 30-60fry. Also might want to separate other adult fish from fry or they could be eaten, if you have plenty of plants or breeding grass that helps too! Good luck!

She will start to get fat and there will be a black spot by her anus (I'm not kidding). Put her into a breeder and she will start to give birth when she feels ready.
