If the same person makes a habit of it yes. But if they are really a long time friend try to understand. Maybe you should go to their house next time. Just a thought. Good luck and have a nice day.

YES!!! (maily when they don't call to tell u.... my sister was throwing a party for her friend's birthday, and an hour and a half after she was supose to be there she FINALLY called to say that she was hanging out at her boyfriends house and whouldn't make it [we had been unable to contact her before])
