I have both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, and I can't connect to the internet. For IE it says it's waiting for the page but then it can't connect, and Firefox just never loads anything. I'm connected on a different program right now, and I want to get on using Firefox because it has some options I need to use right now that this program doesn't. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I'd suggest simply unplugging your modem (and router if you have one) for about 15 seconds or so. This would hopefully reset it and if it works, you'll be back online.

If this isn't the problem, then I suggest that you make sure all of your connections are in the right places and are in snugly. Also, I suggest that you try repairing your connection if you're on a wireless network. You can do this by going to Start > Connect To > Show All Connections. From there you can right click on your connection and click on Repair.

Good luck and please stay safe!
