Go to your local law library. There are numerous "forms" books. Just ask a reference librarian.

You are obviously not a lawyer - which means you shouldn't be writing motions. Are you trying to dismiss a protective order (order that protects the confidentiality of trade secrets, proprietary business information and/or otherwise confidential information in a civil lawsuit), or an order of protection (which is a restraining order)? I think you meant order of protection - get a lawyer now. Good luck -

I don't know about Texas but in Va you have to go to the court and have them submit the paperwork for you. You may want to try Lawguru.com free advise from attorneys in your area.
