There are special disk cleaning kits available that will clean disks and repair some scratches, especially scratches on the read side. These cost from $10 to $30 dollars at record stores, video game stores and computer stores. Among the brands are Game Doctor, Disk Repair Pro and Universal Game Repair Kit. These kits usually include cleaning solutions and a mild abrasive for polishing out scratches on the read side.
There are also repair services for CDs which can attempt to fix your disk for a few dollars a disk. For example, Skippydisc at www.skippydisc.com

You can go to a stereo store. You can get disc cleaners
there and you could return it for a better one.
Disc cleaners remove scatches, but you can also use Rubbing Alchohol with a cotton ball to clean the disc, but If i were you I whouldn't chance using the Alchohol.
You an get a disc cleaner for $20, they work well but it depends if you got deep scatches or not. You can also just try and wash it with a damp cloth.
The disc cleaner can be found at a near by store like future shop or any cd store. Hope I helped.

get a cotton cloth (an old t shirt works great) and out some rubbing alcohol on it and wipe the disc with it...if it still doesnt work most video game stores (like game stop) or video rental places will resurface it for you for a few bucks...you can also buy a resurfacer for about 20-40 bucks, but be careful because if you resurface the game more that 2 or 3 times it wont work any more
GOOD LUCK :)

blah blah blah,
Check it! (it does matter what platform your using. this should only work for PS1 and PS2) game cube your out of luck and I don't know about the rest)
copy it with blindwrite (a trial program). Hope you have a dvd burner, the game might be on a dvd disk, check it out to make sure.
blindwrite worked for me.
even with music cds that are scratched beyond belief and can't play at all without terribly popping, can be read and copied with my dvd burner. Even windows media player as the buring software can accomplish it. My cd's always turn out perfect.
I'm sure blindwrite will work on games since it burns right though the encryption. good luck. gimmie points if it works

You can buy a disk polisher at a store that sells music CD's. You wet the disk, put it on the device, and turn the crank which gently grinds the surface and makes it even again.

The only thing that a can think of is to but one of those scratch removing/cleaning devices, they are like $20 and they work very well (depending on the severity of the scratch). you can buy them right at Wal-Mart.

Well, what I usually do, if its one scratch or some small ones, try using your shirt to wipe it, or with a damp-ish cloth. If there is more then 6, or its one big fatty scratch there was this one time I used rubbing alcohol and it worked... but I can't guarantee it.

Try Office Depot or a stereo store. I've been told there is a cleaner that removes scratches.
