Use 1104 Liquid Gasket.
It's the same stuff (different brand name) that manufactures use on new engines.
You can see in the description - similar to Yama Bond 4 (Yamaha makes that).

Three Bond grey works well, but it's not too crucial what brand it is as long as you use the right amount and apply it evenly.

Motor cycle dealer sells the stuff...........

I always use aviation grade..never had any problems..

you can use silicon...but it is affected by heat so is not as good..
