I tried everything to clean them and to regain their shine. Then I had the bright idea to wax them. They looked great at first but now have turned dull. The guy at Lowe's told me not to use stripper on them so now I am lost. Please tell me you have the answer. Thank-you

Try a mild solution of vinegar and warm water. Be careful not to get the floor too wet. Use a damp cloth by hand rather than a mop.

This only got here approximately to me. I spilled candle wax throughout my laminate floor. I used a bag of ice to harden wax, then scraped it up with a mastercard. labored nicely. I then washed section with heat soapy water. To get the floor shiney returned I used a dryer sheet. sounds like new.

I don't know that this will work, but you might try mopping with vinegar in the water.

Good luck!
