I want a new computer for basic internet use and downloading MP3 files. I dont play games and do not run any other fancy, powerful software programs so I have no need for a top of the line system. Any ideas?
If possible I'd like to get something for $400.

Dell has some good refubished PCs for cheap prices. Most of the refurbished PCs have just been turned on once or twice, or have small scratches. Do not go emachine. There a piece of jumk. Go HP, Compaq, Dell, or Gateway.
