Im only 24..female and ever morning when I get out of bed I have to stretch and pop my back. Sometimes have to lay on my stomach so my bf can pop it from the back. Is this normal? And is it ok to do it everyday?

Yes. For example, cracking your knuckles is just popping air bubbles, and can actually be sometimes healthy. I would say this is the same for other parts of the body.

Normal......No! You might be a weirdo. =)

Some people are just like that. There is a draw back for that though. Your body tends to depend on that so if you don't have it "popped" then you have a hard time functioning.

That is a voice of 40 years of personal experience.

In fact I have to lay on hard surfaces and with golf balls on my pressure points to help me losen up my back at night.

So the only thing I think you might want to worry about is that you will constantly need someone to help you every morning.

I had a concern very comparable. My Dentist advised me to sleep with a mouth piece. I have been given mine at WalMart.Solved the situation. the only time i take advantage of that's if I even have had an especially stressful day, or i'm over drained..

My BF pops his back, neck, and knuckles at least once a day, so there's nothing wrong with doing it everyday, I don't think.

sounds like you need a better mattress. It is probably ok. The popping you hear is ligaments sliding over bone.
