Why is nearly everyone in government so untrustworthy? And why when they are caught, do they deny deny deny EVEN when all evidence is against them.
Its so pathetric.

I agree. GOOD RIDDANCE!!! It's amazing how certain people even now keep railing on and on about Bill Clinton's sexual indiscretions, but they'll over look the unethical behavior of Paul Wolfowitz and other members of Bush's cabinet.

The bank itself allowed him to handle the situation with his gf, he wanted to recuse himself but they left it up to him so whats the problem? He hasn't denied anything last time I checked and I see nothing wrong with her being compensated because she didnt want to leave her position in the bank and was forced to do so.

Worse... did you hear his departing statement? He resigned because the Bank's executive accepted that he acted in Good Faith and was exempt fom any blame..... ROFLMAO
