You have a very high metabolism. You can lift weights but it may be self-defeating because lifting weights raises your metabolism even higher. I say "may", because you can gain weight through lifting but you'll need to drastically increase your caloric intake with the RIGHT foods. Since every person is different, it's impossible for anyone to give you precise numbers from your limited information. Your best bet it to work with a nutritionist. Try this workout routine for one year.This is my workout routine.
Day 1 Delts, traps & upper back ,abs
Day 2 Legs ,abs
Day 3 Off
Day 4 Back & biceps,abs
Day 5 Chest, triceps & calves
Day 6 Repeat Day 1 ,abs
Eat much more food
East 6-7 meals rather than 3 big ones.Try some protein drink.Use whey protein.

You are a teen. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teens have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. There are weight gaining drinks that you can get at the health food store. Try drinking those in between meals.
