I must say, I have been guilty of it myself, but yeah it is really annoying when people do it. However one way to answer it is to click on their name and send them a message. There was someone who's keyboard was jacked up a while back and they typed gibberish, and needless to say, I made sure to alert them to the problem through their page. So it can be done, that is you can answer their question, it is just a little difficult
