I tried to look up some information on specific abortion laws in Texas, but it doesn't seem like there's a time limit...

In the state of texas the legal cut off is 12 weeks...you have to be in your first trimester still...so before 12 weeks...the only way around it is if it is medically neccessary...Why would you wanna kill an innocent life anyways...adopt the child out after you have it if you do not want the child...Abortion is murder...

I don't think they do it in any state unless there is harm to the mother if they don't. I think the legal cutoff is around 12 weeks. I am pro choice but you are way too late. There are many people who would love to adopt your baby so that's what I'd suggest. Start looking into adoption agencies. I'm sure they have families waiting and they might even pay for your medical bills. Good luck

Is she you're friend or are you her just wondering what the heck her age has to do with it ......I live in tx but i don't know what the laws on this are as I don't plan to ever need them!! It's kinda late and a 27 yr old woman shoulda been able to amke up her mind a long time ago about this situation here we are trashing kids for the same thing a grown woman is doing!!

I know in California you can up to 24 weeks, but why would someone want to do that. I mean you could at least have a C-section and give the baby up for adoption. I work with premies and have worked witha 23 weeker before. Why kill him/her when they have a chance at life.

Most states will not do this type of abortion unless medically necessary to save the mothers life. Do you know what they have to do at this point to abort the pregnancy??? You should look into it because I guarantee that you will think twice. Please, you are so close...look into adoption if you do not want this child.

what is it with everyone doing GOD's work?!!!!!!!!how can you kill something so innocent and real. you mean to tell me that you wanted to have fun and you dont want to take care of the damage that is done . THIS IS NOT MCDONALDS YOU CANNOT TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT IS WRONG...you only do that to your hamburgers. 22 hours in a month and you are kill GOD's miracle... WRONG WRONG WRONG......I lost my little girl at 28 days old she would have been 8 next week and i miss her so dearly dont have sex if you dont want to be responsible...stupid.
