The arrogance and hubris of the (leaders of the ) human species in the "highly civilized" post industrial cultures, assuming they possess the necessary wisdom to properly engineer nature to suit the needs of the species, (read, actually, their own personal selfish needs ) is at the root of many of the world's problems today, eh?
A bit of (much ) higher consciousness than that brought to the table by the "elites" who "own" the planet is needed to do the job properly, it would seem. When the main motivators are greed and control, nature is not interested in playing that game. :))

No, I don't think so. Perfection does not exist. Even the most perfect sphere known to man is imperfect - it just takes enough magnification to see it.
