Just look in the mirror and burst into song. I can't sing, so that's usually a funny sight and sound.
It's always good to be able to laugh at yourself and not take things too seriously.

I crawl into a bottle of cheap wine. It doesnt cheer me up, but it sure puts me to sleep!...and frankly...I'm OK with that!

I eat lots of chocolate and call my buddys and they will just sit on the fone w/ me then im happy again!

I take a diuretic and/or laxative....and I feel better afterwards...

I'm not trying to be sarcastic....if I feel better, physically, then I can "face" life when things around me need "flushing" too
