The scene near the beginning of American Werewolf in London where the hero David and his friend Jack get attacked by a werewolf walking on the moors at night. The werewolf comes out of nowhere. The sounds as its growling and tearing at Jack's throat. And Jack screaming. OMG! Then, it cuts to a silhouette of Jack's body lying there and he takes his last breath and all his innards kind of ooze over his side with the full moon shining down. Scared the living crap out of me.

The scene in "10-Miles to the Restroom" when the guy's bladder bursts and millions of gallons of his urine washes down the stairs and gets into everyone's eyes and mouths!!!...
and then he finds a head in a box, enters hell while watching himself get massacred and gets sprayed with acid and it eats his body and a hamburger with black eyes... pretty freakin scary stuff!!!...

Probably the Jack Nicholson scene in The Shinning, HERES JOHNNY! It scared the crap out of me when I was little.. I'm 21 now and it still freaks me out.
And in the 1st RING where they find the girl in the closet all disfigured.. scary!
Exorcist- where she walks backwards down the stairs.

I have to agree with you on the scene from Event Horizon. That scared the crap out of me. I never watched that movie again. The guys wife had the black eyes, and then he just dug his out of his skull. Not a pretty sight.

When the girl is running from the killers in Turistas but falls to her death.
When that girls spinal cord is severed in Wolf Creek meaning she couldn't move but could still feel pain!
When the girl is shaving her legs in Cabin Fever and she shaves off flesh with it!

I'm don't really get scared by movies, but I saw the Blair Witch when I was like 7 and it scared the crap out of me. I can't name a specific scene though- I've only seen it once

The Devils Reject- It is very scary int he sense that it CAN happen
Descent- Just an all around freaky movie
Wolf Creek- Once again because it can happen
28 Days Later- VERY original and very scary

i was at summer camp and we were watching the original version of "The Blob," and when it began oozing into the movie theater in the movie the rtest of the kids started screaming it was happening for real...
Don't ask me how long ago that was...just being able to remember it now is almost as scary.

for me it was some john travolta movie when some guy got blood dripping out of his ears in the hospital and the vomited blood. was disgusting.
maybe it wasnt the scariest thing but it was the most memorable thing i've seen in a movie thats creeped me out.,
