Of course not. They may be worse off than you, but that doesn't make what you may be going through any less miserable.

No, you should ask for help because thinking it is only for those worse off than you is asking for trouble. Believe me, I just retired from a job where the culture is "asking for help is weak." The bad thing is it almost cost me my life to not ask for help.
It is absolutely a great idea to get help when you need it, then you are in a position to help others if you want.

no,it is okay to ask for help.Yes there will always be someone worse off and it does a person good to remember that but just because another is doing worse does not change your situation,it does not change that yes infact you do need the help and it is alright to ask

No I think you should always keep that in mind when your down, so you know things could be worse and remember that they'll get better =0)

We all need help at some time or another and I think it's ok to ask when you really need it. Then when you are able to help someone else you should and pass on the good deed.

Not only does everyone need help now and then, but when you're far better off than others, you have greater opportunities to help those people.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Everyone needs a little help sometimes, even if they're better off than the next guy.

No, it means that you should set an example for those who are struggling by asking for help with your difficulties. just because someone else may be facing nore pronounced hardships than you, it doesn't negate your troubles.
So go ahead and ask for help :)

yes people are worse off than me,unfortunately I do still ask for help,Fairbanks is not the most wheelchair friendly town....

not at all. i think everyone should have the option to ask for help. if someone asked me for help, id certainly try to help them, so I'd appreciate it if i was shown the same courtesy from my fellow human beings. if someone was less fortunate than me i'd help them if they asked for it.
