Be cautious in your choices. Rather, accept what you read about the histories of peoples with a grain of salt.

I always found sociolinguistics to be a less biased viewpoint of any language community and its development over time. The history of the language of Arabs will give you what you need. The linguistic history will include religion, cultures, wars and developments over time.

Linguistic and sociolinguistic journals of your local university are likely the best place to start.

History of the Arabs by Philip Hitti. It's available in Arabic and English. It is a difficult read, but no other book can be more informative and accurate.

there is alote of good books but i dont know if the good ones are in english?? and be wear from the bad books how damage the picture of arabs history...
