Goof off (Home Depot Paint dept) strong odor but try alittle at a time, circular motion will eventually ruin your carpet pile so try patting it at first then try the circular motion....Good Luck

Non acetone nail polish remover.

If you use nail polish remover make sure it is non-acetone as acetone might eat/dissolve the carpet fibers.

try soaking that spot w/ nail polish remover quickly it may not work if it has been sitting to long

I've tried..nothing really worked.. if its not a huge spot, and you're carpet is raised, i'd say try and cut it out! It worked for me, and its not noticeable..
