I believe that it was going to be Jordin or Melinda. The younger people wanted Blake and he does contribute to the youthful sound.
I told my husband it would be Melinda. I am not sure about next week though...., it is not just about the singing EVEN it Simon does stress that so much else comes into it when it goes out to a public vote.
I liked all three and think all will do fine in record deals.

Melinda will do fine without winning American Idol. We haven't heard the last of her. After all she is Simon's favorite :)

No, Blake should have gone. Jordin and Melinda are the most talented in my opinion.

yes. she is not idol material...but in all reality the show is fake and once the people are off it they go back to their drug dealing, body selling etc tricks....
