got in my car after puting water pump seal on, stared it up and put in gear and it wouldnt go back words are forword what is lose?

putting a water pump seal on won't stop a car from moving. check and see if your park brake is on. maybe you engaged it before you started working on your car, for safety and forgot.

to be honest with you I really don't know but you should go to the mechanic people and they can fix your car for you.
