hello my dear friend,u have asked a nice question.i think its not 100% true.buts its true to some extent.as far as child abuse is concerned it had its presence through out the world.what can we call child marriage or marriage of a young girl to a much elderly men.now all this has been brought under control through out the world by law.i mean to say this practise has its presence equally through out the world.the children of the poor and less educated has been exploited always.what about the poor countrys with civil wars in the west they have the problems of human trade which do includes children.there had been news of abuse in a iskon run hostel in america.and many other such news.india also has its part of the story.andl i have read that behind the doors of many houses in india or abroad children get exploited its a gloal issue and any place on this planet were things can be managed by money its a heaven for predators.

As startling as it may sound, the answer is yes. The lack of effective laws to tackle paedophiles makes India a haven for their crimes. Until very recently India did not have a law tackle the abuse of the male child! Illiteracy and poverty makes the situation worse than what it already is.

well if my goan friends sister, who worked in Saudi. by no means a youngster, was sent home in a coffin. no explanation forthcoming, no government investigation, so yes , kids lives our cheap to India government. we have had documentaries about how kids go missing, sometimes sold into child labour by their parents for a few promised rupees.. and when British have investigated these atrocities, rescued the kids. the parents could not care less. with one billion people in India, whats a few missing kids. how sad, you only have to look to Britain. Madelene. a 3 year old, she was 4 this week was taken from her room 2 weeks ago, from Portugal, parents where on holiday from UK. the whole of the western world media, Australia / America included have taken up this interest, in finding Maddie, we are praying to find her safe and well, her poor parents are out of their minds, they have 2 younger babies, twins, boy and girl, and i think this is all that keeps them going, they are like lost souls, waiting for the police to find their baby daughter. they are both doctors, on a 2 week vacation. if their children are not safe , god forbid, it might be paedophiles who have taken her, then what chance has India got for protecting her children, god bless them, my prayers are with all gods children where ever they are from. may god let them grow up in innocence and not be betrayed by man

There are no laws for child abuse in India, and therefore it is a haven for paedophiles and child abusers. Even local people turn blind eye and accepting of child abuse.

the only way to get rid of those bastards is to get rid of the police and govt and take matters in our own hands as the govt is too incompetent and corrupt to stop these disgusting crimes
