you fouled out your spark plugs most definatly... You probably didn't ruin your engine, but I gurantee there are a whole slew of problems now.. For one you need new plugs, 2 your sensors probably all tripped because of the emmisions, and I bet your check engine light went on. 3, you may have clogged your fuel injectors, 4... who knows

I would completly drain the gas, change the fuel filter, change plugs, drain all gas lines as best you can, and refill with fresh gas and start it and see what happens. Most likely it will foul out your next set of plugs too because of the oil still in your high pressure fuel lines and fuel pump.... so go ahead and change plugs a couple times if you need to. Probably go ahead and put some good injector cleaner in there once you get it running reasonably well.
You may need some new O2 sensors as well so you could be in for a bit of work.

Regardless of some people thinking it might actually hurt your car in the long run, they are wrong. Only short term driving would be effected. You might notice blue smoke from your tail pipes from the burning of the oil in the mixure. Now I don't know exactly how much you put in, but I would figure that the mixure of oil to gas in for your 'weedeater' is more than likely around 1:25. That is a very small amount of 2 cycle oil to be added (assuming you put a gallon or two into your tank) to a 10-15 gallon tank. If you haven't already, fill your car completely with premium. You will not suffer any kind of long term effects as some may think. More than likely if it was only a small amount gas (a gallon or two), you probably won't even notice any kind of difference if you have a full tank of gas. So in short, don't worry it will not damage your car's engine or fuel system nor will you need to pay a mechanic to "anything special". They would more than likely just take your money, and sift the gas out of the tank.

You should drain tank and refill with fresh gas, but the alternative is to burn as much as you can and keep filling with gas to dilute the mixture. The oil will not ruin your engine, but it may back on your injectors and certainly won't burn properly. That was a red-neck trick.

It should just smoke a little until it is used up. It may be fouling your plugs. If the catalytic converter is clogging you will have a problem at high speeds. You may have to siphon some out and add good fuel.

Top it off with some good gas, add some fuel booster (octane booster) should help it burn better.

It shouldn't have hurt it at all........

Maybe it was old gas, or contaminated with water.
