I have a linksys BEFSW11S4 (v.4) router, I want to restrict anyone who connects wirelessly to be restricted to only use port 80 for web browsing. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Well port 80 by itself will not work! They need to be able to resolve domain names also which will require port 53 to also be enabled. Since this router only allows filters by IP or MAC you will have a hard time telling the wireless from the wired clients thus the "filtering" wont work for you for JUST wireless clients.

There are routers available to make this easier but this is not one of them. You will need to get one with some ADVANCED -- really advanced filtering to do this.

Some routers like Buffalo (just about any of them) or AirEpoch Gateway etc allow you to block the wireless clients from the LAN entirely with just a check box. (that is really what you want to accomplish.) So I would say update the router to one that blocks wireless to wired and you are done in a couple of minutes.

Look on the bottom of your router, and find the configuration IP. Type that address into your browser and then login (most default logins are user: admin, password: pass, I would reccomend you change that so no one else can change the settings) There should be a section named 'ports' or 'restrictions' (it varies between manufactures, so look around till you find it) From there change the settings you want and push apply, then log out.
