Well it is quite obvious that many politicians, whether skilled or unskilled verbally, really have no true foundation in ethics. The supposition that books about ethics are badly written is debatable

Anyone who is unphilosophical (such as a politician) probably shouldn't write a book about ethics.

not all ethic books are written by poloticians. some ethics books are awesomely written.
