How can I join the friar's club?

I work right nearby and have to think they are struggling to keep membership up. I am in no way, shape, or form a comedian or entertainment professional.

Look on their website, there is probably membership informaton. A few years ago I was asked to join.
At that time, it was more expensive than I was willing to pay.
