How do you know it is the sperm ducts themselves? I'd suggest you make an appointment with a urologist to determine the source of your pain and to get treatment if necessary. Pain is a warning that something is wrong so do not ignore it. Only a doctor who has examined you and ran tests - if needed, can diagnose you. Please see a urologist.

There are almost no nerves in the sperm ducts, ie: they can't hurt. Your pain is probably from the uthreathra (the urine tube) and especially if you have pain while urinating. See a doctor and don't try to get advice on a medical problem here. Have him/her check for a urinary tract infection (UTI).
