Has anybody ever eaten raw fish like sushi

i don't eat raw fish because fish have parasites and if you eat them raw, you can get the parasites, too. in general, sushi isn't truly raw, it's steamed a little bit. eating raw fish is just disgusting, unless you're doing it to survive. where i come from we call it bait.

I like to take cruises and I love to try new foods every day. I have eaten some strange things that I wasn't sure what the ingredients were. I have not eaten raw fish on purpose but I may have had it while on a cruise ship or while in another country.

I did once, just because I was with friends and didn't want to look silly. It was awful. I almost threw up on the table.
