Don't even try! If you are a gay bottom (I am and my girlfriend doesn't even know this about me) then you will always be a gay bottom. It's not only that you are born gay or bisexual, but also a Top or Bottom. One or the other comes naturally. You probably didn't even think about it the first time you had gay sex. Did you?!! You're just naturally a Bottom.
Don't spend the best years of your life trying to become something your not! I've seen men try changing into a "straight" before. They either fail miserably, or end up very bitter.
Just be who you are meant to be, and wear a condom.

I'm going to go against the grain of popular opinion here, and tell you that if you WANT to make a change - you CAN!!!!!

Almost every single damn man I know is gay, and they all echo the sentiments I am reading here: "it's who you REALLY are", don't "live a lie", it's "not possible to change", and the ever-popular, "born that way"! There may be some degree of truth to SOME of their claims, but for the most part, it's pure hogwash, plain and simple. There are underlying PSYCHOLOGICAL issues that COULD be addressed by a competent professional, and worked through. Homosexuality COULD be overcome, but ONLY if there is a sincere desire to do so. A smoker isn't gonna quit smoking UNLESS THEY WANT TO, right?! They may miss it at first, but once it's out of their system, they know they are better off without it. The reason more gays don't change their ways is not because they can't....it's because they don't WANT to even TRY!!! Furthermore, any guy that DOES express a desire to change will be chastised and ridiculed for it. The "gay community" will NOT sacrifice one single member without a hell of a fight!

All the best of luck to you. To new beginnings!

Gays circulate into same intercourse changing rooms as a results of fact while they circulate interior the girls persons's changing room some women persons might get offended by utilising it and in the event that they circulate into the adult men changing room then the adult men might make exciting of them. no longer purely gays circulate into the unisex changing rooms and bogs, those are there for all of us. quickly human beings can circulate in there too, you could circulate in there in case you desire. So NO you cant circulate in a women persons's changing room or bathing room in view which you at the instant are not aloud to be in there, yet you're aloud interior the unisex and the adult men's. What if women persons got here into the adult men's room and watched to alter or dress or attempt to pee? would not you be freaked out? So particular its basically you its no longer ordinary experience.

Sexual orientation is something that cannot be changed just like the color of your skin cannot be changed. If sexual orientation could be changed then you have to ask yourself why are there people who still choose to be gay? Why are they choosing a lifestyle to where there are beatings, discrimination, and hate? The answer to this is that your sexual orientation cannot be changed. You just have to accept the lifestyle that you were born with and live your life day by day

Common doesn't make it better.

You can't change, sorry to say. You could maybe if you were bisexual, but if you're not, there's no chance there.

Many people try, all fail. Some places will drain thousands of dollars from you and give you "treatments" that don't work. They are con artists, and are just making money from your misery.

Take the easy road, accept it and move on with life. It's not a big deal, stop making it one.

hey babes, unlike most of the people who replied, i know what tops, bottoms and versatiles are... (all my best friends are drag queens)

I dont think being straight will solve anything.

If you are happy right now, dont change. Dont change bc of pressure! You are you. I accept you for that, and the people who will matter most to you will too!

Although if you are unhappy with your lifestyle, do what you need to do to change it... but you are going to like who you like... cant stop your heart from following your soul's desire.

Also, I recommend a movie called "But Im a Cheerleader"
sounds a little femme, I know, but it is exactly what you're going through right now!

You might have to find it online, I dont think its in stores, maybe Best Buy...

good luck hun, and listen to your heart, not the world!

lotsa love,
jacjac

Why change the way you are, just to please other people? Be happy with who you are! If you "pretend" to live a straight lifestyle, you won't be happy with life. You are who you are! Although, if you have just tried a relationship with another guy, but you feel like you aren't gay...then it is possible that your could be bisexual. You will never change the way you feel towards men though. You ever think about women?

oh. You can change all sorts of things about yourself. But orientation is such a part of an indivivuals personality and psyche it would be the equilivlant to a heart/liver/lung/spleen transplant surgery. Why would you want to so drastically alter your basic identity ?

to change your orentation go look up exodus international and they will change your orentation

side effects may include depression, repression of yourself, susicide, false idenity, borderline personaloity disorder, forced "optional" medication, not being yourself, never falling in love (all you can do is "settle" for a women) AND your heart being turned into a lump of coal because you dont love anything, you just put on a show.

It would be easier to change your opinion of yourself...why do you feel that you should be straight when you obviously aren't? You have been conditioned to dislike yourself..get over it !!! I am gay, have been for my entire life, am happy as hell, and successful to boot. Why don't you make it easy on yourself and follow your genes...you are trying to swim upstream in a raging rapid..not gonna happen.
