Only nine(9*) Million recovered and accounted for out of Ten's of Billions of Dollars.. Who's responsible? 125.000 Contractors in Iraq..$$$$$$MONEY MISSING... Your Thoughts?

The forces that be keep on getting and the forces that aren't keep on working and not getting a damn thing. Reconstruction my behind. See with all the individuals starving, no health coverage, no housing and the other issues that are plaguing the US, there is no place else the "people" would have the money go, yeah the money going to the reconstruction of Iraq the "government" could use right here in the US, but why should they when all of the young people (the future of the US) is dying in Iraq. God Bless.

The waste and fraud is the result of poor or no planning for the aftermath of the war; therefore, I assume that the Defense Department, the Department of State and the Chief Executive are responsible.
