I had my tubes tied 3 1/2 yrs ago and they where clipped and burned. {my sister was in there too she said it smelled like burned meat! I had a c~section and freaked out so they knocked me out so i really dont know what happend if they were in fact burned or not i didnt ask} but i heard you can have a baby after 5or 7 years after getting your tubes tied! is there any truth to this?? have you or someone you know had a baby after having there tubes tied? Do they really burn your tubes???

I was reading the other answers and they said that you wouldn't be able to get pregnant because they were burned, but I was thinking wouldn't there be some way of extracting some eggs and getting pregnant artificially? I mean I don't know it was just a thought.

Well, so long as they tied and burned you should be in no way concerned about getting pregnant again. Like others have said, if they were only Tied then i would be concerned.
Tied is about a 5 yr option and is reversiable for those who wish not to take the pill but want a good form of birth control that they don't have to think about. at least for a while :)
5 yrs can sneak up on ya pretty fast though.

It is a permanent method of birth control for women. The risk for pregnancy 10 years after the tubal. Women who are younger than 28 have a 5 % for women 28 to 33 it is 2 % women 34 and older there is a 1% chance of pregancy.

tubes tied AND burned is irreversible, but it's possible to get pregnant if u just got your tubes tied, not burned or clipped. women with tubes just tied have had them untied and got pregnant, after a few years of the tubes straightening out.

i like the place youre going with this, i pass college a lot. normally if u circulate to ur mom nd say u dont sense nicely, she shud enable united statesa. off college . If she doesnt enable u say youll be no use at school besides as a results of fact your feeling ill, and you wont be waiting to concentration.it works greater suitable in case you assert sense ill the night b4 so it doesnt arouse suspicion. Failing that, what ive finished a pair of circumstances is fake notes from my mom and dad that are writen by potential of acquaintances asserting i replaced into ill the day in the previous at present and didnt are available in. Howver ive been caught as quickly as and replaced into in deep truble so i wouldnt advise it, basically a final hotel. They cauterize the ends of the tubes so they close, instead of stiching them closed.
