I hate her- She is dissing all my freinds and starting roumors about me!

Tell Your friends what it is that She is up to. Don't lie down and take a beating from this person. Demand that She confront You in front of those whom She has 'dissed'. Make Her pay with Her self respect for all the things She has said about You. If You don't You will never again be able to hold Your head up when You walk through a crowd.
Personally I would put up posters telling everyone just what sort of a person She really is, and demanding that each and every one of those whom she has defamed should challenge Her to a public forum, the topic of which would be Her honesty and the meaning of the word 'truth' as it applies to Her statements about others. I would draw up a list of those whom She has belittled, and then force Her to repeat Her comments before a live audience of Her peers. See how that works.

well i don't know who this person is, but here is a suggestion on how to deal with this kind of person.....
First of all, don't use the word 'hate'! Instead feel sorry for her. Why? She must have some sad reason for being so mean, and isn't smart enough to figure out how to simply solve it, but instead is being childish.
Second, try ignore the rumors, and laugh when you hear them. When you can find the humor in the rumors it just reminds people of how untrue it is and how wrong it was for it to be started in the first place.
Third, if an opportunity arrises that you two can talk alone... Do it, ask her why she is being so mean? Tell her you don't hate her, and maybe invite her to come out and hang out with you and your friends sometime. Maybe she is mean cause she is lonely and doesn't know how to make friends. You could be the person who makes her a happier and better person...
