I don't get mad -- I get odd.
...even's too boring.

I think that the maddest I ever got was when I was a teenager living at home. I had a date with a guy that I really liked. I was getting ready to go & I had on a cute sleeveless dress when my Mom started telling me that she didn't trust me to be with this guy - insinuating that we were going to have sex. Well, our relationship was not like that at all & nothing I could say would convince her of that & I got so mad that I broke out in a sweat. She finally saw how mad I was & had to give me a chill pill. I hope I never get that mad again.

two kinds of anger
1 the loud roaring hit things kind common as hell
2 the silent I don't react I just go cold and Your in the deep **** now, things appear slow down and I throw people about. Only happened the once and has uncontrollable shaking after-wards (Adrenalin withdrawal?)

I throw a verbal abusive temper tantrum, and then I blank out & don't remember my actions. Usually I break thigs or hit someone.

I talk very low and calm but cut you to the bone with my words smiling through it all. Or I say nothing at all.
It's something I'm working on. I'm not proud of it!

My face turns red and I start to shake, then I want to throw something, really, really bad, so I leave the situation.
