Look, I don't like her either. For 1 DUI and 1 Driving on a Suspended License in California, if it was you or I who did it we would serve ZERO Jail time in most instances. The "Good Behavior" would be if she enrolled in DUI School, or attended a few AA meetings.
The only reason she is doing ANY jail time was so the Judge would 'Teach Her a Lesson" and so he could, get in the Paper.
So why all the anger ay little Paris, for getting a jail sentence at all, when you and I would get none?

Love the Answers!!!
In California, though she could have he license suspended for 1 year, that is reduced to 1 month and up to 6 months restricted if attending a DUI school.
Yes she did violate probation for her driving with a suspended.
In Cali, that would amount to an $1100 fine. Jail time is rare even after a 2nd DUI in Cali. Usuallt, 28 day Rehab at the County expense. 3rd, 90 day rehab, but most likely 4 months in jail.
My source? My Little Brother in Cali...............3 DUI's, 2 while on probabtion, 90 days rehab, 3 years probation, $1800 total fines...
Remember this is Cali though, some here don't like to punish anyone....Yikes...

i'm not familiar with california law, but other areas are more strict.

and even if you're completely right, which you might be, what's wrong with a personal vendetta against the worthless tramp? i would have been fine with public execution...

I'm not angry at Paris for getting a ticket.

What makes me angry about Paris is that she has had EVERY benefit that a human being could ever want, and has squandered it, in order to be famous for "partying". She's a giant piece of skanky white trash, and shouldn't be famous for anything at this point. The fact that her name is a household word goes to show how tragic our society has become.

Don't fool yourself...If you got a DUI, you would have been taken to jail that very night. If you then got another DUI while your license had been suspended, they would most definitely have given you jail time. You'd also be very lucky to EVER be granted a license again.

It's my understanding that she isn't going to jail for the DUI and Driving on a Suspended License. But for failure to follow the terms of her probation and continuing to drive. If it were any normal Jane/Joe, we would more than like be in jail for the for full 45-90 days. and have our drivers license supended for longer.

Actually, friend, you are wrong. What she is going to jail for is breaking her probation. She was not allowed to drink and drive as a clause under her probation, she did. If anyone else did this, they would be serving far more jail time and have their license suspended for 3 years ( at least in Ohio ).

I don't think the Judge was being overly harsh- she was late to the courtroom, and disrespectful during the procedings. You or I would most definitely sit the jail time in that case. He didn't sentence her to life, just 45 days. She should have a chauffer driving her around anyway- she's a menace on the roads out here.

Bull. A average person would already have been in jail. If you or I were caught driving on a suspended licence, we would have gone straight to the police station and then to the coop. Paris (as usual) got special treatment but she pushed it (caught TWICE driving on a suspended license) and now MAY have to pay one small part of her sentence.

The jail time will be good for her street cred. Hopefully, she will literally get b itch-slapped.

People don't like her because she parties too much, is filthy rich and a thankless whore.
Personally I think she embodies all that is great about America.
