I feel pretty low lately, and meanwhile my job is getting really boring. Now I'm wondering, is it the job, or should I stop blaming it on that, it's just me...

You spend most of your waking hours at work so it does have a big affect on the quality of your life. Maybe it's time to look for something new and more challenging that you could look forward to and learn some new things. What you are feeling may be a combination of your job and the fact that you don't have a lot of personal time.

I'd say since you spend about half of your non-sleeping hours there it does have a lot to do with your overall happiness. If your miserable at work it will definitely carry over to the rest of your life. Some people can separate the two but it is very difficult.

Just about everything, what do you spend more time on than your job therefor so if you are doing something you dint care for most of your time don't you think you may get upset depressed discouraged? I do!

go to the basics no job no money no money life will suck more if your feeling lucky get a job you love the work. let face our job is were we get our substinence without it we have to mind as well go and get food stamps.

It could be both. Work is very stressful and SO IS LIFE. Just deal w/it and tell yourself your going to be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

Your job is very important. Afterall it's where your life is being wasted away at.
