Everytime I go out I feel like someone is looking at me. It's soooo hard to be myself because I feel like someone is looking at me. :( I sometimes can't even talk to the other gender because of this. I always feel like there is something wrong or like I have flaws.

No, I don't have low selfesteem... lol! I believe it's accurate sometimes what I feel. I just AM sooooooooo shy!!!

the opposite of shy is self confident. if someone is looking at you, maybe they are "checking you out". you must be catching someone's eye. accept who and what you are: a beautiful young, attractive woman that people are noticing. try this: walk w/your head up and when you catch someone looking at you, look back at them w/a smile. you'll often find that they will smile back at you. you may have made their day as well as making yourself feel good too. always do this and i'll bet your shyness melts away.

Everyones has flaws. And, it's generally accepted that everyone else has flaws as well. It's really just a matter of confidence. If you focus too much on your own flaws or even other peoples' flaws you will not be liked very much or respected.

we all have flaws darlin' ... we just have to learn to embrace them instead of hide them. and guess what.. usually we are a much harsher judge of ourselves than other people are.

everytime you see yourself in the mirror or think a negative thought.. think something positive .. think about the good stuff you have going for you.. you'll start to build your image up before you know it.

i think this will help alot. try thinking of social activity as a game rather than reality and dont think inward think outward and creatively. in life (and this is true with everyone) one thing that i like you will hate and i hate you will like, what means the world to me, you will think is stupid and retarted, instead of trying to impress everyone develop your own social way and the right people will be attracted and well to hell with the rest of them.
