think of percents as decimals, it is easier to figure out what to do then:
200 + ((.20) * 200) = ??
now isn't that much easier to understand!
200 + 40 = 240
another thing to think about is 20% of 100 = 20, so 20% of 200 must = 2 * 20 = 40, then add that to the 200 for the answer
