Assuming it's a quartz watch and not a mechanical a hair dryer on WARM should work fine. I would avoid using the oven. I would not remove the watch movement or the crystal (the clear part on the front). The back is probably screwed on so remove it counter clockwise. Depending on the brand, you might neet a special tool. Otherwise you'll scratch the heck out of the back. If it's a pressure fit case, you should be able to pop it off with a pocket knife. If you have condensation, chances are you need to replace the seal at the crown or the caseback.

Remove the back and drop the workings out and dry it. Find a new gasket/seal before reassembling it. Take it to a jewelry store and have it done. They will replace the seal in the process. Try a hair dryer.

As others have said, take the back off if you can. If you are in any doubt then take it to a jewellers, it wont cost much for it to be cleaned.
Please email me, as i am an apprentice watch repairer and would like you to fill in a questionnaire for you if you would.
Thanks

you probably have a bad seal, take it to a watch reapir place. It should only cost about $20 at the most to fix.

Remove the back cover of the watch and use a blow dryer to blow it hot and it will dry it right up.

I had that problem not too long ago. I put it in the oven on "warm" and that dried it out. Really!!!! It works.
