My issue;

I had sex on May. 12th, and my period began on the 7th and lasted till the 10th. I am on the pill (since Nov. ’06) HOWEVER on the 12th I was still on my “REMINDER PILL” I didn’t start my new pill pack, till the following day, Sunday…on this day, I took my pill as normal.

My question is…can I be pregnant, if I had sex on the lasy day of my 4th week, ( I didn’t take my reminder pill that night as well) will I still be protected?…….My stomach looks bloated too……I you can tell I’m very paranoid….

Thank You.

The "reminder" pills dont have anything to do with your level of protection. I never take them, I just throw them away.

It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant since the last time you 'had sex' was so 'close' to the last day of your four day period. To 'be sure' though ... measure the usual time between the 'first day' of one period to the first day of the next period (if you periods are 'regular', which yours should be) ... you are only 'fertile' for 3-4 days IN THE MIDDLE between those two days ... so you should NOT HAVE BEEN FERTILE when you had sex last. And that isn't a 'reminder' pill, it's a 'sugar pill' and even though it doesn't 'do anything' to your hormones, it's best if you can 'remember to take it' EVERY DAY, because if you 'forget' and try taking it the next day, then you'll be 'a day off' in your 'cycle' and THAT can 'screw things up' and make ALL THE PILLS less effective.

i dont think that u can get pregnant unless u been taking that pill since when(NOV 06) and kept up with it. And second if u been using protection while having sex then there are lesser possilblites of u getting pregnant! stop worrying so much.
