You just tell her you want to talk. Then you tell her what's been going on with you and let her try to help you.

I am sorry you feel alone right now. Find a time where you can talk to her alone and say, "Mom, I love you and trust you. You have given me good advice before in the past; I need some more now. I believe I might have depression. Can you help me by getting me an appointment with a specialist so we can find out why I feel this way? I love you, Mom."

The easiest way would be to ask your mom to take you to see your doctor for a check up. Go in, see your doctor and let him decide if you are depressed and need to be on medication or need councling, etc. Then have the doctor tell your mother what's going on with you. Depression can happen to anyone at any age, don't feel like you are being silly for thinking that you may be depressed. This way if the doctor tells your mother maybe it will be easier for her to understand and deal with. Good luck!

Sit down and have a cup of tea.Im sure she loves you very much. Make sure you are both calm and no distractions.Tell her how you have been feeling. There are ways to help yourself. After you talked to your mum. See your doctor and tell him how you feel.Good luck and look after yourself.
