"Perfect" by Simple Plan because it's my son's song for his now "estranged" dad. Other songs from Simple Plan get to me as well like "I'm Just A Kid" and "Welcome To My Life" because my son plays these when he's hurting inside. A teens music will have many messages in them so if you want to get into his mind and soul and feel a connection to him, just listen to what he's playing on his ipod these days.
Also "Vincent" from Don McLean; describes what a tortured soul Vincent Van Gogh was.

"Via Dolorosa". It describes Jesus' walk, carrying the cross along the Via Dolorosa or "Way of Grief", Street of Sorrows" or "Way of the Cross". It makes me cry every time I hear it. God Bless!
