I wouldn't choose another bright color (someone mentioned orange) because it might be a little blinding. I would personnally wear light blue denim, maybe with white accessories (Old Navy has every color flip flop and when they get too dirty you can just get another cuz they're only $3.50, plastic jewelry is in right now and those white-framed sunglasses, try Claires). White (skirt) would also look cute, but I won't wear it cuz with my luck I'd sit on something and get them dirty! Good luck!

White, Khaki, Beige, NOT lime green or black- too outdated. You could also try a patterned or printed skirt with hints of green. Solid on solid might look too loud with this shade.

All answers are great but what's gonna pop is white. Another bright color like orange maybe over powering but if you like color go for it. I would do a hot pink if I was going for a wow factor but white would be an airy feel.
