The New Jersey Health and Safety institute is coming up in June, they have tons of CPR classes to chose from, prices are online as well.

BCC also offers Red Cross CPR throughout the year, the cost of text and cards is $27.50. Check thier website (www.bcc.edu) or call 609-894-9311 for more info.

You can also call your local Red Cross to see if CPR is being provided anytime soon in your area. Some communities offer it, as well as fire companies, churches, etc.

If you want American Heart certification, go to this website and enter your zipcode for a list of local classes: http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3011764

The course will vary in time depending on where you take it. You can take a one-day course and get it out of the way all at once or have it spread out a few hours a night a few nights a week depending on when and where you go. The basic Adult/Infant/Child course is designed to be taught in 6hours. once you pass the test the Red Cross will mail you your certification cards unless they are drawn up on site.

Good luck!

Try your local American Red Cross. I got certified through my work, and it didn't cost me anything. The initial course takes 8 hours to complete. Refresher courses take 4 hours and should be taken every two years. You can get more info from the website below.

It's CPR, everyone should know it so I say free. What will you do as you lose consciousness while choking on your chicken nuggets as everyone just looks at you like a bunch of brain dead morons. I don't know, is it ethical to charge people is a better question......
