a .dll file is missing. one quick way to find which it is would be by going to your recycle bin on your desktop. find it, right click it and select restore. (i'm assuming the file was there before and accidentally deleted)

It not say the name of the .dll?
Like; iedetect.dll?
You will need to know what .dll is missing and replace it from a friend's computer or the Inet.

You need to post the missing DLL file name before someone can help you to find the cause.

It has to tell you which .dll file is missing. Once you know what .dll file is missing, most of the time you can just search google and download that .dll file.
