manatee?

Well, I can walk 2 minutes from my house and watch manatees all day long and to tell the truth, I even swam with some when I was camping with family about 40 minutes from here at Sebastian Inlet
It was COOOOL.
A momma, pappa, and a baby where all there and I could touch them and they even pulled me around a little, but when I tried to touch JR, momma gave me a gentle push that sent me about 10 ft away, but it was not harmful.
The baby would swim up to me and we would check each other out, but it was strictly hands off.
I loved every minute of it.
Too bad I could have gone to jail for harassing them, and the funny thing is, they were not around until about 10-15 minutes after I got in the water, with my 4 yr old nephew, who got out as soon as the manatees showed up.
One of the greatest things to ever happen in my life.
However, I always wondered what it would be like to live the life of an American Bald Eagle, my favorite bird in the whole universe.

No, but I've wondered what it would be like to live the life of other animals. I suppose being a manatee would rock too.

Well, my preference is a dragon(I am in human form). However, if I had another cool manatee to hangout with then it would be cool.

No, but now that you mention it that would be the sh*t. Just cruising around in the water. And they're always so peaceful and laid back, never in a hurry and not a care in the world.

Very dangerous! Watch out for those motor props!!! I worry about them all of the time. They are one of my favorite animals.
