I would like to put up a firewall to block certain sites (like a school computer). But I don't know how. Can anyone help me?

Here is an excellent free firewall for home personal use that I use myself. You will get all automatic updates and notified of all new versions. You don't have to remove the old version as the new version will download over the old version. Protects your pc from rogue packets incoming and your data leaving your pc without your permission.

ZoneAlarm, free for home personal use.

Go to the following link. Download the free version of Zone Alarm and install it. You'll be all set.
