I asked one question about changing your physical appearance and I got loads of answers. Yet, I asked the same thing about your personality and I received very few answers.
Are people more superficial or are they happy being who they are?

Bad,I would have to say.The media has this society brainwashed,it's all about physical beauty.You can be a terrible person inside,as long as you're beautiful on the outside.Very superficial,and it doesn't bring you any happiness.Good question.

People can change a physical trait with surgery and get compliments . It harder to change a personality trait and very few will notice ,,,,, Yeah , we are superficial.

I would have to say yes. I run into the same problem. If I dare make a comment or question which says anything bout how someone looks I am bashed and slammed. But I can inslut someones morals and nobody cares how sad that is.
