Master's Programs in England are well regarded and take only one year. Typically no thesis or Oral examination is required.
As for which program to take. Social Work, Education and Musicology are considered among the easiest. Generally you are limited to a Master's in your undergraduate degree major or minor, in any case.

I think an MBA is pretty easy. The hard part is getting into a good school -- but the work isn't difficult. It is practical, though.

One that you are interested in. If your into physics and trying to get a masters in english, it'd be pretty hard.
